I'd like also to give a shout out to the truckers and transport folks, more even than the medical. They are what's holding us together. We have the most resilient and redundant system in the world and it's paying off right now. Any area has about 5 days of food locally stored (grocery stores, warehouses etc.) The last number I read said that 1 in 3 semis you see on the highway are carrying food. If this system holds out, we'll eventually be ok, regardless of body count.
