UV light vs virus question 395 or 365 nm best for killing it

Ok, you can't get lysol or carry it easily if you do, which of these wave lengths is best for killing virus/bacteria and how long an exposure to sanitize a surface prior to touching? Thinking bathroom door handle for example. Outputs on the chinkanese UV lights are not trustworthy, better ideas or sources? Was gluing something last night with UV activated glue and had the thought it was probably useful in killing viruses.
