Oddball devil bought what had been a John Deere dealership/farm nearby. Over a period of years, filled the equipment sheds and the repair shop with multiple dozens of them things. Eventually had plenty more out in the open, rusting away. Farmer that worked the land on that place, burned the roof out of a station wagon that was sitting out in a field, to make a tractor canopy for his wife's JD B model, to keep the ol' girl out of the summer sun during haying seasons.
After years of them things being over there, the guy sold the place and had the Crosley collection hauled away. We joked that the roof-less station wagon was likely to confound a Crosley collector. My farmer uncle pronounced it to be a one-off, non catalog custom variation.
