Now, you COULD blow up the frame a little bit, which will in effect crop out the stuff you don't want - but at the expense of losing other stuff all around the edge of the frame everywhere else, too.
Or you could isolate the area of the screen where the chyron is superimposed, and blur or dim it so it's less noticeable. Then you wouldn't loose any of the frame, but it would be less noticeable/annoying
But once you're looking at a recorded file with the chyron stuff on it, place there by the original recording device, it's there for keeps.
